Elizabeth Rice - Staffing Manager, Nursing Division
Liz has been with SHC since September 2007, and is in charge of payroll, staffing, recruiting, and the monthly newsletter! Liz is originally from Syracuse, NY, but is very familiar with the Tampa area, as she has lived here for 10 years now. Liz graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications; Public Relations. She is proud of her accomplishments and the relationships she has already made here at SHC.

Jenna Mannen- Staffing Manager, Allied Division
Jenna is the newest member of the Tampa Allied team at Supplemental Healthcare. She graduated in December from the University of Central Florida with honors in the top 15% of her class, including the Golden Key Honour Society. She graduated with a major in Business Management and a minor in Health Sciences. Her passion for the healthcare field stems from her background in the Center for Wellness and Medical Professions Magnet Program and her many hours spent volunteering at different hospitals in Clearwater. Jenna has the enthusiasm and perseverance to find the best possible way to assist all clients' and candidates' needs.

Lori Franks -Divison Manager, Nursing Division
Lori came to Supplemental as a graduate with honors in Healthcare Management. She moved to the Tampa area two years ago from Cincinnati, Ohio and is getting ready to celebrate her two year anniversary with Supplemental Healthcare. With her experience prior to joining our team she has implemented her skills and now plays a intricate part in achieving our goals. She prides herself with the relationships she has developed with our talent and clients and is always willing to lend an ear. She welcomes the opportunity to meet new talent and find the right facility so they are able to achieve their goals as professionals.

Mercedes Gonzalez - Staffing/Payroll Manager, Allied Division
Originally from Bronx, NY, Mercedes comes to Supplemental Health Care from a very diverse background. She started her career path in the Journalism Industry. She attended the Academy of Journalism at Tampa Bay Technical High School, then interned at the Tampa Tribune in the Advertisement Department. During her internship, Mercedes quickly learned she enjoyed the complexity of the sales process. In 2005, she started pursuing a sales career in the Automobile Industry, where she learned to build relationships and maintained an excellent track record. Mercedes enjoys being a student and continues her education with every opportunity presented via college courses and seminars. She has a passion for success and more importantly for people.

Nancy Herring, Recruiting Manager, Nursing Division
"Nancy is the newest member of the Tampa team. Originally from Alabama, Nancy has been in Florida for 8 years. Following graduation from Troy State University, Nancy began her career in Staffing and Human Resources. Since 2002, she has worked in Medical Sales. Nancy is very excited to be back in Staffing to combine her Health Care and staffing experience. While very proud of her accomplishments, Nancy is most proud of her son, who will graduate from HS this year and plans to go to go to medical school."

Nicole Grzesek- Recruiting Manager, Nursing Division
Our newest member of the team is Nicole Grzesek. Originally from Michigan, Nicole attended Western Michigan University where she earned a dual degree in Political Science and German. Most recently, Nicole worked as a Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Her focus was on building sustainable customer relationships utilizing great customer service skills. Nicole is a hard worker, goal orientated and self-motivated person and we are all very excited about the leadership and experience that she brings to our team. We know that she will have an immediate impact on our office!!!

Wade Roberts - Division Manager, Allied Division
Wade Roberts was born in Ohio and grew up in Florida.
