Andrena Reavill - Recruiting Manager
Andrena Reavill started her career in commercial staffing as Staffer, Recruiter and On-site Manager for a large, well-known shipping company. She entered the healthcare industry as a Physician Recruiter, and has transferred those skills to becoming a Recruiting Manager for SHC. Andrena brings extensive knowledge and expertise to SHC, and truly practices "excellence" in her daily routine. Andrena is a native of Oakville, MO and resides with her husband in St. Louis County.
Cathy Desmet, Nursing Coordinator & Staffing Manager
Cathy Desmet brings 10 years Human Resources experience in healthcare and other industries to Supplemental Health Care. With her extensive knowledge of payroll and benefits, she is an excellent asset to the St Louis Supplemental team. She recently relocated to Missouri from Detroit, Michigan, and is very happy to call St Louis home! Cathy resides in Chesterfield with her family.
Cathy Rigby - Division Manager, Nursing Services
Cathy Rigby leads the St. Louis Nursing branch as Division Manager . She started her career in commerical staffing as an Account Manager, and turned to the Healthcare industry after her son was born. She began with SHC as the Regional On-call Manager for (4) of our local branches, which allowed her to work from home. As her son grew older, she returned the office as a Senior Staffing Manager. Now as the Division Manager, her goal is to provide quality Healthcare Professionals to the largest service providers in St. Louis metro and surrounding areas, while providing excellence in service to both clients and employees. Cathy originates from Indiana and holds her Management degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
Ellen Ford, Recruiting Manager, Nursing Services
Ellen Ford is a Recruiting Manager for our Nursing Division. She is a graduate of Missouri Baptist College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 6 years. She began with Supplemental Healthcare in July 2007 as a Recruiting Manager. She is looking forward to seeing the St. Louis branch continue to grow.
Jessica Sierawski, Recruiting Manager
Jessica Sierawski is a Recruiting Manager for the Nursing Division at Supplemental Health Care. A true St. Louis original, she graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing. She has worked extensively as a Recruiter and a Site-Lead Manager for Recruitment Services with Financial Services companies and telecommunication industries. Jessica recruited for eight cities nationwide and brings a proven track record as a leader and top producer to SHC. She is a South County native and resides with her husband in St. Louis.
Kelley Miller - Senior Recruiting Manager
Kelley Miller has recruited for the past eight years for administrative and healthcare professionals She began with Supplemental Health Care's Allied Division in October of 2005 and has worked in both a managment and a direct recruitement role. Kelley has enjoyed the opportunity to partner her recruitment background and skills with her love of the health care field. She is committed to bringing the highest level of customer service to her talent and her clients.
Kelley is a native of the St. Louis Area and currently resides in St. Charles County with her family.
Laura Magner - Regional Vice-President, North Central Region - Nursing
Laura Magner is based out of our Cincinnati office. She is responsible for the local nursing branches in the North Central Region that are located in Cincinnati/Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Ohio; St. Louis; Kansas City, Chicago, and Boston. Laura has over 10 years of health care agency staffing experience. Laura has a degree from the University of Akron and lives in the local area.
Lorie El Atlassi - Senior Staffing Manager
Lorie El Atlassi has been our primary Staffing Manager for the past 7 years. She comes to us with staffing and healthcare experience from her own time spent in the field. Lorie has worked as an agency C.N.A. and as a facility staffer at a local nursing home. We are very pleased that Lorie chose to call SHC her home after working closely with so many agencies. Lorie continued in the healthcare industry by receiving her massage therapy license in 1999. She is a South County native and resides with her husband in St. Louis.
Natalie Renn - Recruiting Manager, Allied Services
Natalie Renn is a Recruiting Manager for our Allied Divison. She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a double minor in Marketing and International Studies. She has worked in the health care industry for three years. She began with Supplemental in September of 2007 as a Recruiting Manager. Natalie is committed to the growth of Supplemental's Allied DIvision through superior customer service and committing herself to her team members both in the field and in the office. Natalie is from Jefferson City, MO and has called St. Louis home for the past three years.
