Rachael entered the healthcare recruiting field after two years in the staffing industry specializing in administrative, Accounting and IT placements. Along with her recruiting & interviewing skills, she brings with her a strong skill set in customer service and overall client relations. Her success stems from being dedicated to the match process; meshing the candidate's skills and desired career goals to meet the client's needs for performance. A 2005 graduate of Drexel University, Rachael participated in the co-op program in order to gain valuable, real world work experience as she earned her BS in Corporate Communications. Rachael is known to play as hard as she works and has traveled great distances to see her favorite band in concert, the Dave Matthews Band.

Shannon McLaughlin - Recruiting Manager
Shannon is a seasoned professional recruiter with eight years of experience. Her recruiting background includes financial, administrative, corporate personnel and health care. Most recently Shannon has achieved milestones in satisifing recruitment objectives throughout the Pennsyvania and New Jersey markets for allied health professionals. Shannon uses her industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to place her candidates at the most desireable career opportunities. As a life long resident of Philadelphia Shannon is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and values quality time with friends and family.

Sherry Angle-Hudock - Senior Division Manager Allied
Sherry has worked in the Allied Health Recruitment field for 15years, her primary focus has been on PT, OT, SLP, PTA and COTA professionals. While having an emphasis in the Long Term Care market throughout her career, she has also supported a variety of other health care environments in a staffing capacity. Her skills have allowed her to not only recruit but lead large scale recruiting departments to exceed established goals. Sherry attributes much of her success to her core values of quality service (to her employees & clients) and the zest for hard work and life! She has a B.S. in Marketing from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science (aka Philadelphia University). Sherry is married with children and is a playing member of the Tinicum Park Polo Club.
