Mary Ann McLaughlin - President, Allied and Local Nursing

Mary Ann oversees all business operations for Supplemental Health Care’s allied and local nursing staffing divisions, providing strategic leadership and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that we are able to meet both the workforce requirements of local health care facilities and the employment needs of the local health care professionals. Under her leadership, the local divisions have enjoyed strong growth in both market share and revenue, while establishing themselves as a critical part of positive patient outcomes in the communities they serve.

Mary Ann has held senior roles in sales and marketing for more than 20 years. Previously, she was managing director for Randstad North America in Atlanta, a leading provider of professional staffing solutions, where she was responsible for the strategic development and execution of over $350 million in business. She is a graduate of Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
