Anne Marie Anderson is a Recruiting Manager for the KC Nursing division. Anne Marie brings her recruiting knowledge and marketing experience from a local medical employment firm. A 2004 graduate from the University of Missouri Kansas City, Anne Marie's selected major in Psychology has enhanced her skills in interviewing, assessing and matching applicants to their right career path. Anne Marie's empathy, passion and exuberant personality attract both clients and applicants to entrust her with their staffing and employment needs. Anne Marie is ready to lend you a hand! Anne Marie has a fabulous dog named Leia, who enjoys accompanying her on morning or evening runs! She is also a huge KU fan!!!!!!
Ashley Poeschl
Ashley is the Staffing Manager for the Kansas City Nursing Division. In her position, Ashley works closely with the nurses, staffing majority of the hours from full time, part time to prn shifts. She is responsible for the care and service of the nurses as well as their individual needs. Ashley graduated from the University of Missouri in 2006 and has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology.
Ashley currently lives in the Brookside area of Kansas City, MO with her husband John. They are both graduates of MU and were married this past September. Away from work, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and their two adorable Papillions, George and Casey. She is also a huge Mizzou fan!
Brooke Maslak - Nursing Recruiting Manager
Hi my name is Brooke Maslak and I am a Recruiting Manager here at Supplemental Healthcare for the past two years. I have been recruiting nurses for over 5 years and have a passion for the industry. I love to find the needs of the clients/nurses and make the perfect match for both sides for mutual success. I love it here at Supplemental because we are up close and personal with our nurses and clients. Jeff Barnett- Allied Staffing Manager
Jeff is the Staffing Manager for the Allied Team. He started with the company in November 2006 and has been a strong component in our staffing success. He runs the majority of our staffing hours for our full-time, part-time and PRN staff. He places them effectively in long-term care facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools and home health departments. Jeff also had healthcare recruiting and staffing in his background which aided in his success here as well. Jeff has a wife and daughter and has been happily married for 16 years. He met his wife at the University of Missouri.
Laurie Rouse - Administrative Coordinator
Laurie is the Administrative Coordinator for the KC Allied Division. She became part of the Allied Team in August of 2007. She has a strong background in administration, recruiting, sales and marketing. Laurie strives to provide above average service to therapists and clients. Laurie enjoys spending time with her family (Paul, Jake, Brett, Matt and Natalie). She is an avid sports Mom, especially baseball! Laurie is a great go-to person for any questions / requests you may have for the KC Allied Division.
Marci Cain - Recruiting Manager
Hello! My name is Marci Cain and I have over 15 years of client relationship management experience. Customer Service and long term relationship building is my main goal. I strive to always provide the highest quality of service in every interaction from answering the smallest question to negotiating a large agreement. I want to help my clinicians and clients provide that same quality of serivce and continuity of care to thier patients. I recieved my BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas and am a Jayhawk Fan through and through. My husband, Matt and I have been married for 12 years and we have three amazing children, Alora, Shayna and Jacob.
Marcus D. Findley - Division Manager Nursing
Marcus is the Nursing Division Manager supporting recruiters and staffing managers in the Missouri, Kansas and Illinois markets. Within his role he divides his time between the Kansas City and Chicago Nursing Offices. His primary responsibility is developing new client relationships and overseeing the placement of Registered Nurses in any one of Supplemental Health Care Service's numerous hospital and clinic settings. Marcus is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in Health Care Management. Prior to joining Supplemental Health Care Services Marcus spent nine years as a Nursing Home Administrator running long-term care facilities. Being a Nursing Home Administrator has allowed Marcus to better understand the unique needs of our nurses. Marcus is married to a Registered Nurse and is the proud parent of two young boys.
Melissa Richardson - Recruiting Manager
Melissa comes to the Allied Division with 7 years management experience. Melissa is a graduate of Emporia State University with a degree in Psychology and Special Education. Most of her leadership experience comes from YouthCare, where she expanded her desire for helping others. She has a great deal of understanding and is dedicated to providing exceptional service, internally and externally.
MIchelle Alston Gabriel-Division Manager Allied
Michelle is the Division Manager for the Allied division. She started with the company in 2004 as a recruiter helping to launch the division here locally. She worked her way up the ranks and became the Division Manager in September 2006. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. Prior to joining SHC, Michelle worked for a large travel nurse company out of San Diego, California. This is where she really started to love the healthcare industry. Michelle has been happily married to Josh, a commercial real estate broker, for two years.
