Brian has been in the Recruiting/Staffing industry for over 15 years. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant through the National Association of Personnel Services, and has significant experience in the areas of employee relations, employee development, enterprise recruiting, tactical recruitment, retention strategies, strategic sourcing methodologies and leadership development. He has led numerous human capital acquisition strategies for a wide variety of clients in the fields of healthcare, manufacturing, finance and banking, call center, information technology and the life sciences. He has trained dozens of professionals in the areas of applicant sourcing, full life-cycle recruiting, organizational development, and business development. Brian is also a founding member and Past President of the Human Resource Professional Development Association (HRPDA) an Indianapolis, IN based chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM)

Desiree Edwards-Staffing Manager-Allied
Desiree comes with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. She has over 10 years of successful sales experience. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in Marketing. While she is very result driven, persistent and goal-oriented she has a definite objective to provide service with a smile. She is energetic, motivating and enthusiastic. She has a natural love for Art and fashion and she enjoys being creative. She resides in Indianapolis with her 4 year old son. Desiree is a fire starter and as a member of the Supplemental Health Care team she is hardwired to excellence.

Laura Magner- RVP-Nursing
Laura is the Regional Vice President for the North Central Region. Her territory includes Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati/Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Detroity and Boston. She will be opening new territories as we continue to grow. Laura is on the road most weeks visiting her offices, managers and our Clients.

Rick Brown - Recruiting Manager
Rick comes to Supplemental Health Care with over 5 years of successful recruiting experience with over 2 years of that experience in healthcare. Rick is a graduate of Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is an avid tennis fan, a sport at which Rick excelled in high school. Rick brings that competitive spirit to Supplemental Health Care in his approach to finding the best opportunities for both our field talent as well as our clients.
