Alia Merrell- Dedicated Recruiter
Alia is a dedicated recruiter at SHC as of December 2007. She is a graduate of Fresno State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. She has a broad health background as she has worked in several different health settings over the last 6 years such as nutritional consulting, hospital acute care, fitness training, and wellness coaching. Alia enjoys being outdoors as some of her favorite activities are snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, running, and swimming. Some of her other hobbies include traveling, playing with her two dogs, cooking, drinking good wine, laying out on the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Alisa Willett- Area Manager
Alisa Willett is the Area Manager of a personal and passionate health care team located in Fresno, made up of many talented and knowledgeable office staff members that truly cares for their health care professionals in the field. She has been with the Supplemental Healthcare team since 2005, and continues to build strong relationships between clients, and the health professions in California. Prior to working with Supplemental, Alisa worked for many years in the US Air Force with health care professionals including nurses, therapists, pharmacists and many others. Alisa enjoys boating with her family and watching her two beautiful little girls grow up.

She has experience in recruiting nurses and physicians which provides her team with the needed edge in this competitive market. Anna Herrera- Dedicated Recruiter
Anna Herrera has been with Supplemental Health Care since July 2004. She is a football fan of the "Chicago Bears" all the way! Loves to dance, and not shy to show it! Charlene Gonzales- Staffing Manager
Charlene came to SHC with 4 years of managerial experience and has been a member of the SHC team since 2004. She works closely with team members and is dedicated to making the right match with our talent and our clients. She has good, strong relationships with our talent and enjoys the interaction and even personal relationships that have been built. She strives to help and understand the needs of others and help fulfill them. She finds great enjoyment in helping someone find a place where they can say they are happy to work and enjoy their job. She is very "Passionate and Personal" about her job and SHC. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two teenage daughters whom she is very close to. When she is not at work her daughters keep her very busy helping them with homework, trying new recipes and going to concerts. She also enjoys the outdoors, camping, boating and snowmobiling.

Claudette H. Fryer- Recruiting Manager
Claudette has over 10 year's of supervisory experience and in providing quality customer service. She began her career with Supplemental Health Care in the Compliance Department as a Compliance Associate and Recruitment Assistant in December of 2005. Claudette began recruiting for the California Department of Corrections within Supplemental Health Care and currently recruits with a focus on "Diversification". As a part of the "Diversification Team", Claudette currently recruits for Allied Disciplines, Skilled, Acute Care and the CDCR. Claudette stands firmly on the "I.C.A.R.E. Core Values of Supplemental Health Care and also believes that "Making a Difference, Makes All the Difference".

Courtney Partida- Staffing Manager
Courtney Partida has been a part of the Supplemental Health Care team since August of 2006. She has 7+ years of management experience in sales and retail as well as 3 years hands on experience in the health care industry. Supplemental Health Care has helped me to grow both personally and professionally. I have built an awesome relationship with my talent and clients and enjoy listening and speaking with them on a daily basis. Being a part of the team here in Fresno has been a blast. We are dedicated to making sure that we make perfect matches for our talent and our clients by using our ICARE core values. When Courtney isn't here at work, she is a dedicated soccer mom. I love hanging out with my kids and keeping them as active as possible. I also enjoy dancing when I have the time.

Gus has been with Supplemental Health Care since October 2006. Gus has a bachelor's degree from Sacramento State University. He brings 7 years of sales and customer service experience. Gus is a part of Supplemental Health Care's positive environment for office employees and field talent. When Gus is away from work he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys watching sports and playing basketball as much as possible.

Krista has been a valued team member with Supplemental Health Care since November 2007. She graduated from Fresno State University with a business degree. She was born and raised in the central valley and is very familiar with the market. Krista is very connected to the valley and exhibits a high level of passion and tenacity to get the job done. Krista is very energetic and is excited about all of the opportunities Supplemental Health Care has to offer.

Louise Bruno- Staffing Manager
I have been in the staffing industry since 1994 and with Supplemental Health Care since April of 2004. I enjoy working and always try to give more than 100 % to everything I do. I consider my teammates a part of my family, spending as much time with each other has been very rewarding knowing that we all practice the I C.A.R.E core values. Family is the most important thing to me, and I try to spend as much time as I possibly can with them. I love to travel (most of the time it is with family) and to read when I feel I need a little quite time. The most rewarding experience is being able to be passionate and personal and knowing that I have made a difference in being a part of my talent's lives.

Patty Blunt- Staffing Manager
Born in Chicago IL, "Patty" has been a valued team member since 2005. She brings over 7 years of supervisory experience in sales and marketing. My journey with Supplemental Health Care has been extremely exciting and rewarding! I work with great team members who continue to support the I.C.A.R.E core values and make every attempt to understand our clients and talents concerns. I have had the opportunity of learning so, so much in my short time here. I can honestly say that Supplemental Health Care truly cares about their employee's professional growth.
