Job Description

A strong OT is needed to cover two skilled nursing facilities in Belview Minnesota. The two centers are within 25 miles apart and are small thus the two sites share the staff. The same administrator oversees both facilities who is very supportive of the client and rehab. The bed size at each location is about 30. Drive time and mileage will be paid for travel in between locations.

Job Requirements

Valid MN License
CPR certification
Proof of MMR immunizations
Updated Physical and PPD screening
