Job Description

One of the largest Long-Term Acute Care Facilities (LTAC) or (LTACH) organizations in the country providing quality specialty care for patients requiring a longer acute care recovery period. We specialize in the treatment of complex, acute and chronic conditions due to catastrophic illness or severe injury.

Please be advised-
Before any applicant is able to be considered, you will have to provide the following:

Valid AZ Nursing License ( or Compact State)
Valid CPR/BLS
Valid ACLS and other certification, if applicable
Drivers License
Social Security card
Current physical (stating that you are fit to work without restrictions)
Current TB test (and/or Chest X-ray)
As well as proof of immunizations of Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hep B (or you can sign or declination form)

Job Requirements

Must be willing to work NIGHT 7pm to 7am.
Mandatory:

Must be familiar with Ventilators & Trachs
Must be able to work well with higher acuity patients
Must have 2 years of experience in one or more of the following units- Tele, M/S, ICU
ACLS Cerification
A graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona.
