Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join us as a member of the fastest growing healthcare company nationwide!

Currently, we have an 13-week opportunity for a COTA to work in a 131-bed skilled nursing facility in Kokomo, IN, which is 1 hour north of Indianapolis, IN.

Occupational therapy is skilled treatment that helps individuals achieve independence in all facets of their lives. Occupational therapy gives people the "skills for the job of living" that are needed for independent and satisfying lives.

Job Requirements

- Current Indiana licensure
- Degree from accredited school or program
- SNF experience
- 1+ year experience
