Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join us as a member of the fastest growing healthcare company nationwide!

This opportunity is for a PT to work at a an outpatient, orthopedics, and sports medicine facility located in Bloomington, IN, which is just one hour south of Indianapolis, IN.

This opportunity entails helping people develop, maintain and restore maximum movement. It involves the provision of services in circumstances where movements and functions are threatened by the process of aging, injury or disease. Physical therapists are concerned with identifying and maximizing movement potential, within the spheres of promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. They involve the interaction between clients, families and care givers, in a process of assessing movement potential and establishing goals and objectives using their knowledge and skills. Services typically include:

- Movement enhancement electrotherapeutic & mechanical agents
- Functional training
- Provision of aids & appliances
- Patient related instruction & counseling
- Promoting and maintaining health, quality of life, & fitness in all ages and populations.

Job Requirements

- Degree from accredited school or program
- Current Indiana licensure
- CPR or BCLS certification
- Minimum of one year of experience
