We are looking for an exceptional Regional Recruiter to join our team. This position would report directly to the Area Manager. This position requires a self starter who is responsible for developing a pipeline of therapists who are willing to accept assignements at designated client facilities. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients. Hit minimum performance standards per week. Help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. Maintain company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. |
Requirements:
In addition the following experience is required:
- •Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits
- •Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Job Boards
- •Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods and human resources
- •Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
- •Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services.
- •Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members and local offices
- •Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
- •Must show attention to detail
- •Bachelor's Degree is required
