We are looking for an exceptional Staffing Manager to join our team. This position would report directly to the Market Manager. This position requires a self starter to maintain continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and clients. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the Field Staff and clients. The Staffing Manager will support recruitment efforts currently underway and those for the future as well as maintain and support client credentialing and the referencing process. This position is required to maintain an open line of communication with the active field staff and clients with appropriate follow-up. Uncover clients' and field staffs' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions. Retain flexible schedules in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties. The Staffing Manager is responsible for making weekly performance report calls to talent and clients. Assist Market Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions as it relates to talent. Assist with aging and Accounts Receivable. May be required to manage weekly payroll of all talent. Assist with housing arrangements for talent as needed. Hit minimum performance standards per week. Help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. Requirements:
In addition the following experience is required:
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members.
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Must show attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree
