We are looking for an exceptional Recruiting Manager to join our team. This position would report directly to the Market Manager. This position requires a self starter who can maintain continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and clients. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients. Required to coordinate and negotiate terms for assignments with Market Manager's approval. Must be flexible in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties. Recruit through various sources, to include our database, Internet, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, conventions, and cold calling to departments when necessary. Facilitate the hiring process, which includes thoroughly interviewing and screening candidates; requesting and receiving all compliance paperwork; reference checking, license verification; submitting qualified candidates to the client. Act as agent providing assistance to talent for questions, concerns, career development and retention. Maintain a solid relationship with employees. Responsible for making weekly performance report calls to talent and clients. Hit minimum performance standards per week. Help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. Requirements:
In addition the following experience is required:
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
- Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members.
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
- Must show attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
