Alisia Eskridge joined Supplemental Health Care in January of 2005. She is a graduate of John Carroll University. Alisia brings 17 years of healthcare recruitment and staffing experience as well as 12 years of operational/management experience to her position. She was born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio. As a newly discovered interest, Alisia has taken up the game of golf which she enjoys very much. She also enjoys reading a good book and attending theatrical events and taking in a good art museum or exhibit. With her background she is a valuable part of the Supplemental team.

Gregg is a native of Northeast Ohio. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Gregg is married to Patricia and has four children, Kristianna who is a sophomore at Dayton University, Kevin, Cory and Peri. Gregg has over 16 years of sales/marketing and management experience as well as an extensive background in the healthcare industry.

Jim is a Parma native. He comes to SHC after previously working as a national Executive Recruiter for the Real Estate Settlement Industry. Jim graduated from John Carroll University with a major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is a highly driven and hard working recruiter who is passionate about his work. Jim's balance between business and fun make him a pleasure to work with. While at John Carroll, he played for the nationally ranked Men's Volleyball team and is still extremely active in the sport, both playing and coaching.

Norine comes to us as an accomplished athlete and standout on her high school basketball team. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and comes to Supplemental Health Care with 7 years of experience in the staffing industry as well as management. Norine has a personality that is truly original and demonstrates a "get it done" approach to business. Norine captures the respect of anyone she speaks to by exhibiting our I.C.A.R.E. values as a natural part of her demeanor. Norine is a very proud mother of two adorable daughters, Leslie (19) who is an exceptional dancer and attending Kent State University in hopes of opening her own dance studio and Zaria (8) who is in 2nd grade and just began Gymnastics and also is a fantastic artist. Away from the office one of her special interest includes roller skating.
