A.) Monica Malate - Division Manager Allied
Monica Malate has been the Division Manager of our Chicago office since it's opening in February of 2002. She has 18 years of staffing experience including 10 years in healthcare. Monica brings a wealth of industry knowledge to work for both our employees and clients. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing excellent service in everything she does. Monica has been a Chicagoland resident since 1991 after relocating from the Atlanta area. She lives in the city with her Physical Therapist husband, France, and their two children Katie and Max.
She is a two time 100+ Club member for the 2005-2006 fiscal year and 2007-2008.
B.) Marcus D. Findley - Senior Division Manager Nursing
Marcus is the Nursing Division Manager supporting recruiters and staffing managers in the Missouri, Kansas and Illinois markets. Within his role he divides his time between the Kansas City and Chicago Nursing Offices. His primary responsibility is developing new client relationships and overseeing the placement of Registered Nurses in any one of Supplemental Health Care Service's numerous hospital and clinic settings. Marcus is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in Health Care Management. Prior to joining Supplemental Health Care Services Marcus spent nine years as a Nursing Home Administrator running long-term care facilities. Being a Nursing Home Administrator has allowed Marcus to better understand the unique needs of our nurses. Marcus is married to a Registered Nurse and is the proud parent of two young boys. Marcus is the winner of SHC President's Club Award for fiscal year 2007-2008.
C.) Ryan M. Jackson - Division Manager Nursing
D.) Nancy Berg - Senior Staffing Manager
Nancy has been with the Chicago Allied Division for 5 years and has worn many hats! As a senior team member, she coordinates all staffing needs between our clients, therapists and Recruiting Managers. She is highly skilled in making great clinical matches. Nancy is a native of Lincoln Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in History. She is married to Brian and is a talented Jazz singer! Nancy is also a THREE time winner to SHC's 100 + club for fiscal years 2005-2006 & 2006-2007 & 2007-2008!
E.) Theodora Menard - Staffing Manager Allied
Theodora, or "Theo", relocated to Chicago from New Hampshire in July. After earning her B.A. in English from Plymouth State University, she focused her career on Human Resources and compliance. Recently, she passed the Professional Human Resources program and earned her PHR certification. Her previous work experience includes serving as an HR coordinator within a hospital system as well as a Senior Staffing Manager for Kelly Services. Theo is a 100+ Club winner for the fiscal year 2007-2008!

H.) Julie Zintek - Recruiting Manager Nursing
Julie Zintak has been with the Chicago nursing team for one year. She graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL with a degree in Marketing with a Sales specialization. She moved back to the Chicago suburbs last summer and lives in Lemont, IL. She manages her time between recruiting new talent and staffing our facilities. She enjoys making that "right fit" between nurses and hospitals to assure quality and superior care. She looks forward to the coming years working at Supplemental to grow relationships with nurses and clients.
I.) Jenny Wrzesinski - Recruiting Manager Nursing
Jenny has been with Supplemental Health Care since July 2007. She recently moved to Chicago, relocating from the Denver Nursing Supplemental Health Care Office where she was a staffing manager specializing in correctional care. Jenny graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Broadcast News. She is excited to be here and loves exploring her new home city of Chicago! Jenny is also a Supplemental Health Care recepient of our prestigious Giraffe award for excellence!
J.) Evalynn Dadivas - Admin Coordinator Allied
Evalynn joined Supplemental Health Care in November of 2007.
