Supplemental Health Care Leaders to Highlight Best Practices for Healthcare Staffing

Webinar offerings will focus on Recruitment Process Outsourcing success and improving quality care.

PARK CITY, UTAH – Dec. 10, 2014 – Supplemental Health Care president and CEO Janet Elkin and two other company vice presidents will present a pair of webinars Wednesday, Dec. 10, that will showcase the company’s diverse offerings to the healthcare staffing community.

“We are committed to continually being at the forefront of staffing innovations and transforming our industry,” Elkin said. “We hope that by sharing our successes with other healthcare professionals, we can have a profound impact on the quality of care that all patients receive from their providers.”

Elkin and Tanya Tesseyman, vice president of Supplemental Health Care’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing division, will present “The ABCs of Healthcare RPO” at noon CST Wednesday in a webinar sponsored by the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association.

This webinar will explain why RPO is becoming so popular for healthcare organizations and best practices that should be considered when selecting a prospective partner. The scalable solution of RPO provides ROI typically in reductions in cost per hire, improved hiring metrics with greater candidate access and streamlined recruitment processes.

Tesseyman then will join Sally Porter, vice president of Quality and Clinical Services, at 1 p.m. CST to present “Improving Patient Care: Innovative Staffing Solutions to Drive Quality Care” in a webinar offered by America’s Essential Hospitals.

They will share successful case studies from hospitals and discuss how increasing staff coverage improved the quality of patient care and helped retain overworked full-time staff. Tesseyman and Porter also will discuss other human capital management and retention strategies that support quality care initiatives.
